Essentially: if any incoming packet claims to be from any internal IP address or from 127.0.0.x (you can also add any "internal" IP series here that you might want, since no one should be broadcasting 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x as their return address), kill it. Similarly, on outgoing packets, only accept one of our internal IP addresses.
