Thanks Scott, In my zeal to get my global file updated I copied that line from the latest global file. It appears that further down the file the same test was defined. I missed it because it was grouped with most of the tests that are commented out with a #.

However, when it sees the test name again, it recognizes it as a valid test name, and assumes you are defining the outgoing action.
