Sorry to be a pain, but can you have more than one word in a CONTAINS line?

SUBJECT 5 CONTAINS your big deals
Yes, that will work fine.

or do you need "" around it?

SUBJECT 5 CONTAINS "your big deals"
No -- if you add quotation marks, Declude JunkMail will look for those in the text that it is searching for (so it would not match "These are your big deals", since it does not have the quotation marks).

Would that be true for the IS as well?

SUBJECT 5 IS your big deals    ?
Yes -- all of the filter types work the same way.
