Does declude care if the filter files are Unicode or ANSI text? I'm writing a application that will extract the filters, etc from a SQL database and write them out to the files. I need to know if the files should be ASCII or UTF-16. If they're UTF-16 (Unicode) should they be Big or Little Endian?
