        With this in mind, do we just replace the Declude.exe file or do
we need to execute it from the command line and stop and restart SMTP
for Imail?

All you need to do is replace the \IMail\Declude.exe file; you don't need to do anything else.

If you can't copy the new one in, you can rename the old one to Declude.bak, and then you will be able to copy the new Declude.exe file in.
