Don't worry; the plans for the new whitelisting system include using separate files.The whole idea is to put an ASP front end on this and NOT tinker with the global config file. Whether or not the whitelist is in its own file or a filter file doesn't matter to me. I just don't like mucking with the global.cfg. :)
