For outgoing, Does Declude count the # of e-mails sent? Like a mass mailing? And if so, what is the cut off? Or test it uses, or can I make a test? I'm playing with the outgoing portion while trying to tweak incoming, and we have a few "newsletter" senders that have had problems sending with Declude going.....
