It appears that a couple of these individual domains area running off the settings from the main declude directory. When I look at the weighting on some the email for these domains, the weighting seems to match the main settings and not the settings for that individual directory....is this possible? It's possible if the directory isn't correct. This would either happen for all users on a domain (if you used \IMail\Declude\example.com\ instead of \IMail\Declude\mail.example.com\, for example), or specific aliases (if the official name of the domain is example.com with a domain alias of mail.example.com, but you have a user alias point to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
Is there a way to have an individual domain not process anything at all through declude? I thought I remembered reading a post where you just remove the global.cfg file from an individual domain directory.....but this does not seem to work....on a couple of domains, declude is still weighting email and bouncing some....Every user and domain will have a configuration file that will be used (the \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file is used if there aren't any per-user or per-domain settings). So if you don't want a domain scanned, you can just set all the actions in its per-domain configuration file to "IGNORE".
Yes, that will still be there. The XINHEADER/XOUTHEADER options are global options, and can not be set for specific users/domains.If declude does not process a particular domain's email will I still see:X-Note: This E-mail was scanned by Declude JunkMail for spam. This is a case of Declude JunkMail running on two different servers. The lines from "X-RBL-Warning:" to "X-Country-Chain:" occurred on our server, the "Precedence:", "Sender:", and "Reply-To:" are just headers that the listserver software added, and the X-Note:, X-Spam-Tests-Failed: and X-RCPT-TO: were added by your server.I now get a lot more header information: X-RBL-Warning: SNIFFER test failed X-Declude-Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [192.168.0.2] X-Declude-Spoolname: D462469e5024854c1.SMD X-Note: This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude (www.declude.com) X-NRecips: 1 X-Reverse-IP: (Private IP) X-Weight: 5 (HEUR1, SNIFFER) X-Country-Chain: .
