The first step is to look at the SMTPD lines in the IMail log files (the
SMTPD lines are for mail that IMail is receiving, SMTP is for mail that
IMail is sending).
You'll want to look for a line that has "SMTPD" in it, and "MAIL
FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" (where "user" is whatever account is trying to
send mail to your customer). That will show whether or not IMail accepted
the E-mail. You'll want to take a note of the SMTP file name (such as
Q24171a50744.GSC), and then you can search the Declude JunkMail log file
for the filename minus the first character and extension ("24171a50744" in
this case) to see how Declude JunkMail handled the E-mail.
