The key is that the From:/To:/Subject: lines must be *before* the first
blank line. If you have a blank line in front of them, Declude won't see
them. The other problem is that "buggy IE" sometimes will add HTML code to
the beginning of those .eml files, which will have unpredictable results.
If you E-mail me all the \IMail\Declude\*.eml files (as attachments), I can
check to see what the problem is.
