Package: xdm Version: 1:1.1.9-1 Severity: normal After upgrading from xdm 1:1.1.8-6 to 1:1.1.9-1, the password input field cursor moves a little to the right (maybe a "space" character in proportional font) for each password character typed, so that it gives a hint about how long the password is. Although this is not as obvious as printing asterisks or similar, it should not happen.
