Upstream patch: prevent mouse getting trapped in lesstif windows.
Add patch 17-dix-if-owner-events-is-true-for-passive-grabs-add-th.patch,
taken from upstream bug #25400

Prevents mouse cursor getting trapped in lesstif menus (can be
triggered for instance by xmgrace)
