X11 start normally for me, but crash in my special use case. Several other bugs I examined from the merge list appear to describe same bug as #548716; this one might be different. Additionally, most of the bug reports are very recent. #549085 has haunted me for few months now, it's just that I never had the time to localize the bug and report it.
