This is not a bug in xorg intel driver itself but in kernel KMS code. See https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21246 for more details and link to linux git comming with patch.
Installing 2.6.30-rc4 fix this issue. Maybe this bug(s) should be reassigned to debian linux kernel package? Patch is small and it shouldn't be a problem for kernel team to fix this issue in debian 2.6.29. -- pozdrawiam Szymon K.
