Sounds like an AGP problem.  Try setting another AGP mode.  Add the
following option to the device section of your config:
Option "AGPMode" "X"
where X = 1 or 2 or 4 or 8.
When you find an AGP mode that works, let me know and I'll add a quirk
to the driver.
