Are you saying that the bug is fixed in lenny?

It is my understanding that once a release goes stable, bugs in it are
not normally fixed, except for security vulnerabilities. My goal was to
report it now in the hopes that when lenny comes out it will be fixed in
lenny. I am reluctant to upgrade to lenny at this point in time, because
I don't want to give up security vulnerability support. But I will
upgrade to lenny as soon as it goes stable. But I'd like the bug to be
fixed by then, if it isn't fixed already.
