There is only /tmp/.X11-unix/X0 file in chroot /tmp/.X*. If X starts in /var/chroot/sid/usr/bin/startx, X cannot start in neither /var/chroot/experimental/usr/bin/startx nor /var/chroot/lenny/usr/bin/startx. There are, of course, /var/chroot/sid/tmp/.X11-unix/X0 and /var/chroot/sid/tmp/.X0-lock, but neither /var/chroot/experimental/tmp/.X0-lock nor /var/chroot/lenny/tmp/.X0-lock exists. >> I am confirming that this phenomenon occurs on version: >> 2:1.4.1~git20080131-2 and version: 2:1.4.1~git20080131-3 of >> xserver-xorg-core. >> On version: 2:1.4.1~git20080131-1 of xserver-xorg-core, this phenomenon >> does not occur. >> > > Unfortunately, I don't see what could explain such a regression in -2. This phenomenon also occurs on 2:1.4.1~git20080517-2 now. -- Hiroyuki -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
