nv 2.1.3 is a bit old. We have 2.1.7 in unstable. Assuming you don't want to upgrade to unstable, could try the rebuild of nv 2.1.7 for testing that I placed in http://people.debian.org/~bgoglin/rebuilds/nv-2.1.7-Xserver1.3/ ?
