I upgraded from 2.2.0-1 today and noticed that the screen flickers
briefly about once or twice every minute.
Please try a recent upstream git snapshot (xf86-video-intel-2.2-branch).
The upstream devs are preparing the 2.2.1 release so any regression
should be reported to them as soon as possible.
