Package: xorg Version: 1:7.1.0-19 Severity: normal Not entirely sure where to report this or how to go about starting to troubleshoot or track this problem down, but periodically my X session will become almost completely unresponsive. The applications will continue to update their windows/display. And if the mouse is still visible, it can be moved around the screen. However, clicking on anything with the mouse fails to elicit the normal response (focusing a window, opening a menu, launching an application, etc).
If the last focused window allowed text entry the keyboard will continue to enter into it. However, any attempt to change windows (via keybinds), kill the X session (CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE), or switch to a VT (CTRL+ALT+[1=6]) all produce no response.
