Is this bug a freeze of the machine or just a crash of the X server? If it is a crash, we need a backtrace to debug the problem. There should be one at the end of /var/log/Xorg.0.log (or Xorg.0.log.old if X already restarted). A better backtrace may be obtained by attaching gdb through ssh from another machine (with 'gdb -p $(pidof X)') and entering 'bt full' after the crash. Also please send the whole output of /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg/script 3>&1 so that we see your whole config and log.
