We might end up requesting a new section if there is no satisfying solution. I feel like some section to put various tools is missing. Not being able to find a place for xclock looks strange to me. Even FVWM and Window Maker applets both have their own section, having a section for common widgets such a xclock might be better then. >> xconsole Application/System/Monitoring >> > > I can not run this tool on Etch, Lenny and Sid because it give me > "Couldn't open console", which mean, I have to set (as root) the > permission of /dec/console to be readable by any users which I do > not realy like. > > Maybe we should leave this tool out. > Xconsole would actually call "xconsole -f /dev/xconsole" as requested in an old bug report.
