I played with plugins yesterday, I got surprised to see many plugins are disabled by default, I don't think it was the case with compiz 0.2, that's sad. Anyway you should just need the rotate plugin to get this to work. The keys are configured in /apps/compiz/plugins/rotate/allscreens/options/rotate_left_key and right.
