Package: xserver-xorg-video-nv
Version: 1:1.0.1.5-2
Severity: normal
With an i386 testing system, up to date as of 2006-10-24 :
Start Firefox (1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.7-1). Enter some text in a text
entry box (E.G. the URL entry widget). Press [left] to move the
cursor left. If the cursor was "on" when you pressed [left], the
cursor is redrawn at the new position but the old position is not
cleared. If you keep [left] depressed, the cursor keeps moving,
leaving a trace behind it.
What you see initially :

What you see after moving the cursor all the way to the left :
http://www.teaser.fr/~amajorel/misc/firefox-nv-display-bug-2.png
This happens with the nv driver but not with the vesa driver.
