You were using driver 1:1.0.1.5-2 when you reported the bug. Does it still happen with your current 1:1.2.0-3 driver ? If you ever have a chance to upgrade to 2.0.2 or later, either by taking packages in unstable, or by rebuilding it against Etch, please let us know if the bug gets fixed.
