I haven't used that card for a while now.... Also, I rewrote the kernel frame buffer driver for 2.6, and it now has an option to ignore what the X glint driver is telling it about hsync/vsync. So there is a workaround. AFAIK the X glint code is unchanged. But I'm not that motivated to dig out a seriously old video card to find out.
