Does your X server fail to start? Or is it just a warning? If just a warning, then you probably need to remove "load GLcore" from your xorg.conf since GLcore is now loaded automatically at the right time. If the server fails to start, please send us the output of /usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg-core/script 3>&1 Note that if you report a bug with the reportbug tool, it takes care of attaching this output automatically. Also, you might want to check that you don't have an old nvidia or fglrx package messing up with your Xorg by providing outdated libs.
