Does numlock or capslock work? Does sysrq work (alt + sys + one letter, for instance "b" to reboot immediately)? Your machine could "simply" be stucked in the kernel. If interrupts are not disabled, sysrq will work. It could be a kernel problem then. > In some games, it takes longer than others. I never got any problem with these games on my i945 (same than yours).
