What makes you think that this is a bug in > x11-common rather than in the display manager you are using?
Nothing. I just checked another Etch system that was upgraded from Sarge: -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 3929 Jun 12 05:40 /etc/X11/Xsession So I thought that this missing permission could be unintended. But I already forwarded my last comment to the wdm bug #386302, that covers the same problem. Regards, Tino -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
