I see the same bug on my PPC. The problem is probably due to an endianness issue; all the normal visuals are 24bpp while the compiz visual is 32bpp. The blueish-ness that I see on my laptop (never pinkish-ness as mentioned by the reporter) is a case where the colur components have shifted over by one. Blue became green, green became red.
