Ok, you did not mention how you load czsk.  This layout does indeed no
more exist, you have to use 2 layouts instead of this czsk.  You can try
to run
  $ setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us,sk -option grp:switch
and see if it fits your needs, or find better options/variants.
