You need to downgrade libc6. At least that did the trick for me. I guess the libc people did on purpose upload a libc 2.3.999 which would make packages built against it depend on 2.4-1 so that those packages would be uninstallable. But I'm just guessing. Downgrading should solve your problem. - Thierry Reding
