Log:
* Autoreconf w/ an updated xutils-dev so that manpages have the 'x'
extension dropped.
* Include .la files in -dev package.
* Don't attempt to install (non-existent) usr/include/X11/* stuff.
* Add a debian/copyright file.
Including diff would make mail exceed size limit of 100000 bytes.
Use "svn diff -r 2552:2553 http://necrotic.deadbeast.net/svn/xorg-x11/";
to view diff.
