With the mga driver, it may be because it hasn't adapted to changes in the XAA RENDER acceleration interface, so RENDER isn't currently accelerated with it. The radeon driver has adapted to this though, but you may still want to check in the log file that RENDER acceleration is enabled (and/or just send the full log to this report :).
