It's specially annoying since it does that in the cron jobs too.
The problem seems to be that xtrapchar.1x.gz refers to xtrap.1x,
but what actually exists is xtrap.1x.gz and mandb isn't smart enough to find it.

This bug has been fixed in the latest version of the xbase-clients
package, however the maintainer didn't take the necessary steps to
have the reports closed. I'm closing the bug, hopefully that's alright
with everyone (I'm neither one of the many submitters nor a
maintainer).
