Hm, well I was just following the instructions that "debian/rules build", the
traditional standard package building rule gave.

    bash-3.1$ debian/rules build
    This target does nothing.  Please specify "build-arch-only" or "build-all"
    instead.  Note that it is also acceptable to use the "binary-arch" or
    "binary-indep" targets.
