The selection of the graphics controller in Sarge is done using discover1-data, which currently has: 80861132 video Server:XFree86(i810) 82815 CGC [Chipset GraphicsController] So, it will suggest the i810 driver by default. If that should be changed to intel-agp, please file a bug report against discover1-data. However, there is little chance that this will be updated in Sarge and for Etch it is likely another detection method will be used. The option to be added in the X configuration file is completely outside the scope of the installer and, if it can be added anywhere, that would be during XFree86 configuration. Again, there is no chance this would be changed for Sarge and as Etch will use Xorg, it you first need to be confirmed that this is still an issue for Etch. Cheers, FJP
