Not for the libxi-dev from unstable. Anyway, the package checks for a "inputproto.pc" file directly. It doesn't check for xextproto.pc (at that point), and libxi-dev doesn't even contain a .pc file. So you should build depend on it directly too. I see no need to make the x11proto-xext-dev depedency on libxi-dev versioned, so I suggest you don't do it. > OTOH quilt is missing.
