Hi I got the same problem, lspci shows the following card:
0000:01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc M10 NT [FireGL Mobility T2] (rev 80) Because the system hangs completely, I cannot provide you any logfiles, at least I did not find any messages in my syslog and /var/log/Xorg.log is empty after reboot.
