Does it also happen if you do any (combination) of the following?
* Comment out the Load "dri" line in Section "Module"
* Add Option "RenderAccel" "off" to the radeon Section "Device"
Also, the log file shows several X server generations, which is probably
a side-effect of using KDE. It would be interesting if the problem also
occurs during the first server generation.
