Why won't we ship xfree86.lst anymore?  Does that mean that a config
script replaces
  Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
by
  Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
in XF86Config-4?

OTOH you can remove rules/x*-it.lst, these files are useless.
