Let me use this occasion for re-asking what I mentioned in my last BR with a fixed French translation. Does the X Strike Force have someone currently acting as l10n "specialist" to deal with l10n bugs, do what you mention above (communicate with translators) and thus save you guys a few minutes for coding..:-) Take this as an offer by myself to take this job in case noone currently handles it. For this I would basically just need commit access in the SVN....and an informal ACK from you guys to do what I think is needed with l10n bugs. For instance, if a rewrite of templates is planned, it probably makes sense to just say translators NOT to update their translations after the last branding removal....
