Package: xbase-clients
Version: 4.3.0.1
I have both 2.4 and 2.6*, and I typically update only once a week*, BUT
it was only after this last update that X wouldn't run. (output found
at end)
I'm guessing previous versions checked which kernel was in use (thus
saving me from the /dev/*-related problems)? Could that be done, (or
has it already)?
I've not upped the severity because this would only affect people with
both kernels on a single system (silly us).
If you felt I've skimped on any information, I'll send everything but
my mother's maiden name and my credit card number.
*2.4 and 2.6: there have been other problems I've had to work around.
*once a week: That is to say, all packages are uptodate as of the 12th.
