Yeah that's ok. Please don't bother with the GNU/k*BSD parts of my patches
(even merged ones, in patches/82*).

When integration of GNU/Hurd support is finished, my GNU/k*BSD patches will
become smaller and easier to integrate. I'll have a look then.
