Hmmm, with just LIBGL_SOFTWARE_RENDERING=yes kicker does not crash,
Xserver eats 100% processor time indefinitely (even when 3D image does
not move).
With all env vars ="no", computer crashes for ATI Radeon 16MB.
I'll check tomorrow for other system.

Yes, perfectly :-). (I tried konsole, Mozilla Firefox.
