I don't know your policy about such changes, but before Sarge will come up, could it be possible to include the latest Turkish XKB file (tr) which has been entered to X distribution after release 4.3.0? Introducing a new XkbVariant 'tr_alt', although this variant is not much important for us in Turkey, it is valuable for foreign users who normally don't have a Turkish Q keyboard, but need to type Turkish characters on a US qwerty keyboard.
