In most X applications like xchat and gaim I cannot use the decimal point on the numeric part at the right of my keyboard. It is as if no input is registered. In Mozilla, the button push results in the insertion of a | Disabling Numlock turns the key into a regular Delete button as it is supposed to. There is no problem when running gnome-terminal or in a TTY - the decimal point is printed correctly. My keyboard worked as normal until a recent upgrade of Debian Unstable.
