Well, perhaps not a bug in Xterm, since if I swap these two lines,
inserting selection works (as long as there is a primary selection).
If the behavior depends on the order of the bindings, this should be
documented (I couldn't find anything about that in the man page).

However, CLIPBOARD doesn't seem to work.
