It's not a problem except for the fact that reportbug doesn't find it. Don't worry about the 17" thing. You used a different method to configure your monitor, so that question was left as the default. You haven't seen it, hence no "*" next to it. Most importantly: Can you reproduce this problem with the "nv" driver?
