I am not sure it is reasonable to expect the i810 driver to work with
your chipset, given that it is not recongized by XFree86.
If you downgrade the version of xserver-xfree86 to the one in testing,
do you still have the problem?
Yes. With xserver-xfree86 from testing I have still that problem. I have
installed xserver version 4.3.0-0pre1v4 and it works for me. I have the
folowing line in the log:
